"Honestly, I went to the restaurant in Ségur, and I'm really disappointed that it was so good! . I ordered a glass of Gaillac, and he filled it to the brim, as if he was trying to make me drink the whole river. Then, the burger, the famous Black Flambadou. At first, I thought it was witchcraft with this black burger bun, but in the end, it was just culinary magic! Everything was great, and the guy was great salesman. Frankly, it's an address where you absolutely have to go... even if it may disappoint you because it's so delicious! It's almost a crime to serve food this good. Congratulations to the chef and the whole team for this exceptional gastronomic experience, although I am a little disappointed not to have had a disappointing experience, if you know what I mean!"

"We stayed, two days at the inn and took a lunch, the inn not serving dinner in week off tourist season. The room is resolutely modern, tastefully decorated and offers modern and comfortable furniture. Cleanness is reproachless. Staff are coming and taking care of both the restaurant and the hotel. Concerning the restaurant, we tested the abracadabrant menu. It is in line with gourmet restaurants, congruous servings and culinary research. The flavours and inventiveness were at the rendezvous. With 5 hot dishes and such delicious bread, we went out of the table without feeling the syndrome of too small portions that is often criticized for these gastro or semi-gastron restaurants. For simpler menus, it is permissible that some people with good appetite can get a little frustrated. The relatively correct price for this type of benefit comes from the fact that the chef does not treat really luxurious basic products. His talent is expressed on slightly less noble components, which he does with talent. The really negative point is at the breakfast price. Nothing justifies charging 20€ for pastries, jams, fruit juice and local yogurt even if they are delicious."

"En una semana en Francia, este ha sido el mejor restaurante (de esta categoría) por el que hemos pasado. Materia prima buenisima, presentación excelente, servicio agradable.... Se nota que el chef sabe cocinar bien, todo en su punto. No es excesivamente caro para la calidad que ofrecen. Sin duda, se tiene que probar."

"Nous avions réserver pour la soirée cuisse de grenouille et c était très bon, bon rapport qualité prix, accueil très sympa et convivial. Parfait pour un repas entre amis !!! Ps : en plus le vin n est pas très cher Ex : Bourgogne tt a fait acceptable à 18 euros Je vous le conseille"

"Le restaurant "La Cantina" est bien connu sur Rodez...la cuisine d'Amérique centrale (Tacos, burritos et fajitas...) est présentée dans un joli cadre coloré. Plusieurs formules sont proposées pour faire découvrir des saveurs tex-mex bien épicées.C'est un restaurant très agréable en terme de décoration de salle...cela transpire l'ambiance mexicaine et cela est très bien !...Là où nos yeux se posent, on voyage et cela est bien agréable.Du coup, cela demeure un restaurant convivial où flotte toujours une bonne ambiance. L'accueil est fort sympathique, ainsi que le service. Une bonne note sur ce point.Alors d'où vient mon "mais" dans le titre de mon avis...il vient de la cuisine (voir ci-après explications) et de certains produits industriels présentés, et cela fait donc tomber d'un point ma notation. Cela est fort regrettable et enlève de l'authenticité au lieu et à la cuisine présentée. Ce petit "défaut" peut être à mon sens largement rectifié et amener ainsi un + à l'établissement en terme de fidélisation de clientèle.La cuisine est bonne avec une bonne présentation des plats (présentation dans l'assiette, mais aussi les explications données en matière de dégustation).Les goûts sont présents et reflètent un vrai travail de préparation. Attention cependant à ne pas forcer sur le "gras" et sur la justesse importante des cuissons.Les desserts maison sont agréables et restent simples, ce qui n'est nullement un reproche. Autant faire simple parfois, tant que cela reste bon.La tarification menus est très correcte en comparaison des plats présentés suffisamment copieux. Rapport qualité / prix justifié.En conclusion, j'ai passé un agréable moment dépaysant, j'y retournerai sans nul doute pour voir et constater si mon avis a été utile et a été pris en compte par le responsable de l'établissement."
