"Honestly, I went to the restaurant in Ségur, and I'm really disappointed that it was so good! . I ordered a glass of Gaillac, and he filled it to the brim, as if he was trying to make me drink the whole river. Then, the burger, the famous Black Flambadou. At first, I thought it was witchcraft with this black burger bun, but in the end, it was just culinary magic! Everything was great, and the guy was great salesman. Frankly, it's an address where you absolutely have to go... even if it may disappoint you because it's so delicious! It's almost a crime to serve food this good. Congratulations to the chef and the whole team for this exceptional gastronomic experience, although I am a little disappointed not to have had a disappointing experience, if you know what I mean!"

"Cela fait deux fois que nous venons dans ce restaurant régional avec nos petits enfants nous avons très bien mangé des produits du terroir. Même les enfants y ont apprécié la saucisse et les pommes de terre excellentes. nous le recommandons expressément pour ceux qui apprécient la cuisine à l'ancienne."

"I have never stayed in the Hotel only eaten in their restaurant, which I have to say is splendid. A Parisian friend of mine who ate there said it was trying to be to fancy for a local restaurant but I disagree. I've been eating here for ten years and the food has always been freshly cooked and theirs always plenty of choice on the menu. It serves up local dishes like Aligot and sausage but also has a fine a la carte menu. The plat du jour price is around 13 Euro for a three course meal with a carafe of wine or you can have the à la carte which also served in the evening. The staff are friendly and very efficient at their jobs. Definitely a place to put on your eating out list if your ever in the region."

"An authentic restaurant in the Gorges du Tarn. The owners were able to keep the restaurant in its old juice, all with exemplary cleanliness. The meal while being copied does not weigh. We chose the country trout accompanied by small vegetables. The quiet and friendly waitress like the boss. We took the meal on the terrace or balcony with, and it is exceptional the view on the Tarn. Congratulations to this establishment."
