Hoopers is an artsy cafe with great ambience. Cabbage soup is excellent. Owners Phil and wife have really made an effort to be part of the community, turning a previously rundown property into a pleasant stop filled with quality local arts and crafts, open mike nights, a great little garden area out back in summer and good music. The coffee and food are very good. I enjoy sitting at a table with a great coffee in a lovely surrounding. I'm only giving it a because of the unfriendly lady behind the counter. than once I have been and she doesn't seem...to want to be very pleasant.
