What Jenn Crook doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Severna Plaza:
Food and service were mediocre at best. Ordered three medium sandwiches and with only one person ahead of us, waited almost 20 minutes. One sandwich which was supposed to have bacon, didn't. Another sandwich that was supposed to have no onion, had onion. Compared to any other Firehouse Subs I've been to, this location is really skimping on the amount of meat on the subs. Walked in we were the only ones in line no one even looked at us or greeted us, the woman who took our order was was very rude seemed miserable. Food was pretty good just wouldn’t go back to this location
Chicken meatballs Parmigian...whats not to like...clean place, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and comfortable atmosphere...staff is very helpful...
My sandwich was okay, but my friend didn't like his and didn't finish it. I also didn't think it was worth the price. I won't be going back to this place, or Jimmy John's, or Subway. They are all overpriced for what you get.

I used to eat lunch at this restaurant, but not anymore! There is nothing worse than being served a cold meatball without a pickle again!
