"The food just was just ok, it wasn't that flavourful. My friend really liked the churros. The service wasn't bad but we asked to sit somewhere else and they said no even tho the place was basically empty at the time. The margaritas made up for all wrong tho."

"I have been visiting SP Uber Bagels about twice a week for a few years. The experience has been getting progressively worse every month. Today was the worst it has been. The store has a very a annoying process where they do not put out your order immediately as it gets filled. They wait until they have a few to a lot of orders and bring them all out at once (the 10 steps that they have to walk). Today, I ordered my usual bagel with butter and I waited and waited and waited. I knew my bagel was just sitting at the fill the order station while all of the orders behind me were getting made. After about 20 minutes, my little bag was ready. Upon opening the wrapping, my toasted bagel was DRENCHED in melted butter and was totally soggy. It was horrendous, especially since they have hiked the prices recently. I paid more for the butter than I did for the bagel. Too bad I got the whole stick on my bagel at once."
