We visited Elvira’s Cafe as a suggestion from our server at the Sunliner Diner earlier in the week. This is a bit outside of Pigeon Forge and it is really really good. We ordered a stuffed crepe with eggs, mushrooms, onions bell pepper and cheese, we ordered Chicken and Waffles with a spiced honey on the side and chocolate chip pancakes. I come from the country where crepes are daily meals. Few friends and I went to Elviras time in Townsend and we ordered Crepes. Half a crepe costs about $10. In New York City you get a whole crepe for $8. I don't know where they have the recipe, but it didn't taste like a good European crepe.
