We came upon this restaurant on our way walking back to our hotel after a morning of sightseeing including visiting Alcázar and Plaza de Espana. On this sunny day we wanted to experience a nice, relaxing lunch sitting at a sidewalk table outdoors of a clean, modern looking restaurant; free of second hand smoke and tourists. We have eaten there before but this time it was extremely disappointing. Service was slow. The waiter was not very helpful. We had to get up and find the waiters on two occasions as we had been left completely alone and had to ask where our food was, had to get up to ask for another glass of wine and then had to look for staff in order to pay.
