What Andysview doesn't like about La Matapenas:
16 of us had booked for what we expected would be tapas (as it describes itself as a tapas restaurant), however the menu was nothing like tapas, so we had to chose what were more like main courses to share. We arrived quite late due to a delayed flight, however called ahead to check they could still accommodate us, which they said the could. When we arrived they announced they would stop taking food orders in 5 minutes!!! As I mentioned we arrived quite late, but didn't worry too much as they say they close at 2.00am, however come 1.00am they effectively threw us out as they wanted to close. Not impressed at all. The food we had was very good, but the whole experience very poor, they need some training in customer service, Wont be returning!.
