After reading other comments I think we were in bad luck and we would have to give it another chance but we're not from the city. The coffee was good but we didn't notice the cookie taste. The sweets were pretty dry, stiff and cold as if they were long there. normal staff, not especially sympathetic although I suppose they would be already exhausted. the beautiful place though the bathroom was not very clean.
