like many chinese restaurants in Paris,they have learned japanese cooking because its more profitable ?its standard fare,sushi (french style) including cheese yakitori,which would upset millions of japanese .anyway who cares ,this is Paris...the best dish to note for health is the Miso Soup..should contain lots of vitamins,greens,and chunks of Soya...unfortunately this was the weakest watery miso we have ever tasted.... read more.
