Fox's Pizza Den Of Seward

We will not be ordering from here anymore. 4 -5 times the driver got lost on the way to our house. Like way lost, got cold food. So we decided to bypass that and pick it up. Ordered today and went to pick it up and our order was out for delivery. Ridiculous. Terrible service.

I called and ordered 2 hoagies and a stromboli, was told be there in 30-40 minutes. Great, except I just called back and was told on its way. I live 3 blocks away. Now they are closed and still no food. Service here is getting worse. I now remember why I stopped ordering from them a year ago. From now on I will drive my laY butt to the restaurant by lv elementary school.

Update: I am unable to write a second review, but I wanted to edit my first. After writing the review below, the owner immediately contacted me. He asked for more information and was open to my opinion of my experiences. Not only did he apologize, but he went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer and assured me that he was going to discuss the issues with his staff. I hope that my orders in the future are as expected.

Could not say more complimentary things or be more happy with this establishment! From the caring owners, to the amazing staff, to the delicious food! I have and will travel from Ligonier for this every time! The hardest part is arriving home without sauce all over me from dipping into it on the way back, HaHa!

Everytime you order from there the order is wrong. Given them enough chances and I will be driving to get pizza somewhere else from now on. I encourage all to use the tip money you would give to delivery driver and drive somewhere to get pizza yourself. Save your self the hassle and the headaches.
