Just went for the first time and was blown away. For $11 I got a smoked reuben on marble rye, dusted home made kettle chips and a big cup of potato salad. While I was waiting for my food they gave me samples of their smoked brisket and bbq chicken. All of it was incredible. What spoon and c doesn't like about Big Creek Bbq:
Everything was good, but not great. Prices were fair. Brisket, pork, and ribs were clearly made and pulled/sliced yesterday. The brisket was a good portion of lean and point, and the pulled pork had a great clean smoke flavor. Brisket had great bark and a good fat render and the right amount of seasoning. He could prepare brisket ahead of time, but it should be sliced right before served. Cornbread was made days ago.... View all feedback.
