"Excellence rfrom the entire staff from the Valet and Greeter, waiter, manager and billing and the food and wine: perfect! Some of our folks had the bisque and another shrimp cocktail and as I mentioned the lump crab was better than the all the South Florida restaurants we had just visited! The bread was fresh and all varieties were wonderful we shared some side dishes had some comfort foods that were warm and creamy and there were nice size lobster bites in the delicious Mac and cheese with sprinkles of a slight bread crumb crust, and the battentender made perfect cocktails and delicious aperitifs (once again! , thank you for a wonderful evening for all!"

"The only bad thing about this place is how close it is to my work. They may as well take my summer pay checks now lol. Its SO good. Nothing else compares honestly. You can taste every flavor in a smoothie separate and they all marry very well together. The staff was SO friendly. They made me feel like a regular my first visit. They are more than willing to answer any questions and they get the food drinks out quickly. RUN don't walk here. Also there's only one size and its big. Honestly at first I kinda thought $5-$6 was pricey but they handed me the cup and my feelings changed right away"

"Upscale yet casual dining. Friendly yet elegant atmosphere. Unique dishes. (Appetizer snails made my preteen squeal in delight, while a cabbage-carrot pancake made my mouth water. A yummy pork chop was so generous in size that it continued into a school lunch box next day. Attentive yet not pushy staff. An adjacent patio is thoughtfully designed to offer green yet intimate space completed with a stylish fire pit. $125 covered a dinner for 3 drinks."

"We have always had wonderful service and great food here until last night. Perhaps they schedule the worst employees for Mondays, or the owner/manager was not there. There is no excuse for the rude, incompetent and unprofessional bar tender who had to assist the incompetent waitress. When food arrived prepared incorrectly, the bartender became belligerent and argued with us, that is the way SHE has always had it and Lulu's prepares it. Rather than argue with a customer, she should have sent the manager. All they need to do is check any recipe for grilled romaine or have it at another restaurant. It is always cut lengthwise and then grilled, NOT thrown on the grill with the outer leaves on. When our actual waitress disappeared for more than 20 minutes, said bartender was the only person whose attention could be caught as she went to the cash register. When we politely asked for our waitress, she once again became hostile and argumentative, insisting that our waitress was in the bathroom for five minutes. This dreadful woman seemed to have an axe to grind. Perhaps she was angry that actual dinner customers were taking her away from her flirtations with the loud construction workers at the bar. She and another bar tender spent all of their time talking and flirting with these men, with the exception of mistreating us. Shame on the manager/owner for allowing this dreadful, black-haired woman to treat loyal customers this way. If you see this woman working there, turn around and go to one of the many restaurants in Sewickley where you will not have an abusive experience. We will never go there again due to the extremely rude nature of this one individual, in spite of our many great experiences here. We are reasonable people and can overlook incorrectly prepared food, a neglectful waitress, and loud bar customers. What is inexcusable is a verbally abusive, truculent employee. No customer needs to be verbally abused by such a caustic, argumentative and highly unprofessional employee."

"The NEW Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger is fantastic!!! I love that the onions still had a little bit of bite to it, The Prime Rib Dipper was amazing I substituted Swiss cheese instead of American cheese, the NEW Cinnabon Mini Swirls were good its a really big portion that come with a side of caramel sauce and icing, great dinner and burger is made with real ground beef not a fake processed patty, the boneless wings really surprised me that they were crispy and really tasted like a bone in wing"
