UPDATE: SEWICKLEY TAVERN IS CLOSING. JULY 24th IS THEIR LAST DAY and honestly it’s the biggest loss in Sewickley. The food and staff have continuously been incredible. There’s nothing else that compares to the food and ambiance. I hope the owner realizes the gem she has here and reopens quickly when more staff becomes available.Female owned, managed by a genius, the chef is a food god. Fourth time in two months here.... This was one my favorite places to go to until this last few weeks. There appears to be a change in staffing and the original helpful hosts no longer seem to be there, replaced with inexperienced and frankly quite rude hostesses. I know restaurant staffing is quite challenging at the moment, but I really think I would continue to keep looking for better team members. Rudeness ruins businesses. View all feedback.
