"Excellent little beach with a nice little restaurant! It was nice to sit and look at the Bay where turtles come to lay eggs from a nice seat, shade with a cool glass of agua de jamaica (hibiscus flower water ... common throughout Mexico) and...some tortilla chips! Great call to rest in Campeche."

"Although this place is not much to look at, it's definitely worth a visit. The staff is as friendly as can be and the sea food is fresh and very well cooked. However, it's the restaurant's award winning no joke signature dish that will make...it worth your while: Pan de cazón It's basically a tortilla cake filled with cazón or dogfish in English and beans, covered with tomato sauce. May you find yourself in the neighborhood, swing by."
