The donuts at this restaurant are far superior to those from the "other brand", but the coffee cup lids are not very convenient for drinking in the car. However, it's a small sacrifice for such good quality. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Heavenly Donuts:
Much better coffee than Dunkin donuts that's down the road. Plus DD does not allow anyone inside there Line was down the street. I'll stick with Heavenly. Much better. View all feedback.
It’s a great place just a little hard to find. Easiest way is if you’re traveling route 8 north , get off exit 21 and then left to get back in the highway then get off 20. It’ll be on your right. Or exit 19 take a left and go straight past shell. It’ll be on the left. Route 8 south, exit 20 and quarter mile down on your right.
A step up from Dunkin Donuts and they get your order correct the 1st time
They have really good food, ut they tend to rub out of things a lot, and they close at 1700, so they aren't open long.

I drove almost 20 minutes with my 5-year-old to enjoy a donut date at night at the Seymour location. According to Google, they are open until 9:00 PM. I arrived at 8:05 PM only to find that they were actually closed. When I called the Abby location, the man who answered the phone was rude and abruptly stated, "there are signs on the door saying we close at 3:00, I have to go," before hanging up on me. I called back and requested to speak with a manager, only to find out that the rude man was the manager. He told me, “I mentioned there are signs on the door indicating when we close.” I responded, “perhaps they should update their hours on Google.” He rudely replied, “that’s not my responsibility, I’m sorry,” and hung up again. This would have been my first visit, but I don't think I'll be returning. I'll stick with Neil's Donuts in Wallingford!
