"The cuisine is as warm as the welcome. On an “ephemeral” menu, the chef and his team, with impeccable professionalism, tell us his story. We join, we (re)discover products, and very quickly we capsize. It’s one of our greatest gastronomic experiences. The rooms are also beautiful.
