When I first moved to Shadyside I had no problem using my Pie ers rewards. Something changed no idea what and I can’t use them there now. Staff have no idea what I’m talking about. Managers apparently don’t either. Won’t be giving them my business anymore; I’ll go up the river to Martins Ferry’s. They’re better and more consistent anyhow.
