Sushi Box - Shakhty

What User doesn't like about Sushi Box:
On December 25th, 2021, we ordered a burger, baked mussels, and a roll from this restaurant. Despite being promised a 90-minute wait time, we ended up waiting for 2.5 hours. This has happened before and is unacceptable. We were told that the manager would contact us to explain the delay, but after waiting for 15 minutes, nobody reached out to us or apologized.
