Another great experience! I received the birthday coupon for a free drink and could use it a week later when the seasonal flavors met. This alone makes Caribou out of the next race. I also had three different employees wish me a happy birthday that one of my order offered a free size upgrade, an extra espresso shot, and even a birthday cake pop suggested. None of this was offered by the competitor who gave me only one day to use my voucher. The taste was also on the spot and made me enjoy my drink to the last drop, not the way you take home and pour out the rest because it does not mix. Thank you. Caribou for the support of your employees, who in turn take care of customers, seems like a win-win for everyone!

No real management! Hours say 6AM on weekends girls sitting in autotext instead of opening the shop! Can not update hours online either. Worst.
