"We absolutely loved this place! The service was amazing with our server being sweet, generous, and incredibly efficient. To say that portions are HUGE would be an understatement. Our double burgers and fries really hit the spot after a long afternoon of driving. It has been quite awhile since we've had such a delicious burger of this size and quality! Everything we tried was fresh and expertly cooked to perfection and we sincerely believe this may just be the BEST BURGER IN KANSAS! The menu is very affordable and the service, food, and environment doesn't disappoint. We can't recommend this establishment enough and can't wait to return!!!"

"Phenomenal! Just had the hot roast beef over toast with mashed potatoes and gravy with the vanilla brandy bread pudding for desert. Everything was 10/10 but that bread pudding is something I'll be craving for a long time. Gonna try to get a piece back to my wife in Alabama but I don't know if it'll make it past breakfast tomorrow! ;)I'm a truck driver and have eaten all over this country and this is one of the best spots I've found! GO EAT HERE NOW!!!!P.S. To all my trucker brothers and sisters reading this, they have enough truck parking for well over a dozen trucks and are cool with you parking overnight. Gravel lot, reasonably well maintained."

"After traveling hours across county roads and highways, through small towns, pops up this little oasis among the corn and wheat fields. This is my time I have found myself traveling through Sharon Springs. Stephan's is a must stop! Whether it be for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert! The home made pies are a welcome treat after a long drive.... the chicken fried chicken is filling and full of flavor! Tried the steak fingers on this trip.... they don't look like much, but taste really good! This place is nothing fancy, but the staff is friendly, the food good and the establishment is clean! This place has been a staple for 40 years and I hope for years to come! I know I'll be back on my next cross country trip!"

"We stopped at the tank and found the luke on our truck was broken. we pulled 26 ft. Auto-hauler with a car in it. God's been watching us! behind the tank there is a welding point which has welded the attachment device. oak tree inn before the welding shop and pennys diner next to the inn. gott knew what we needed. we haven't had a good bed or a decent meal for a few days. we drag cars over land, so we were all satisfied with him. the staff was wonderful and the kitchen was excellent. the ruby cake was delicious, would like to have more. thank you all and bless you!"
