Phenomenal BBQ that stands above the rest. Pleasantly smoky without being cloying. Wonderful family owned small business that is sending out food that clearly is prepared with love. Highly recommend the ribs that are so flavorful and fleshy. Grab the beefy brisket that is so rich and satisfying. You won't go wrong with smoky biscuits, sweet corn bread, and decadent mac and cheese. Yum! View all feedback.

What Steve S doesn't like about When Pigs Fly South:
1st impression walking in... this is the first BBQ place I have been in that doesn't smell like BBQ. Not a great sign. Then the manager (or owner? walks behind the counter in his Let's Go Brandon shirt. Nah dude. Keep that stuff to yourself while you're on the clock. You're not in the deep south. Decided to spend my money at a place where they understand how to keep ALL of their customers happy.

"Had lunch in this nice little diner. I love the old Trolley diners. Yeah, they're usually quite small. Especially if original and not extended. Millbrook Diner is an extended Trolley Diner. So you get the old time feeling that is a completely different experience. When lunchtime they were pretty busy. Although we could get a table without delay. It was a beautiful atmosphere, even if the narrowly limited offers the small diner. As such, the resting space was also limited in space, but quite functional. The staff was excellent in the treatment of noon quantity. Our food was pretty fast superior, hot and well prepared. We enjoyed lunch and tried to get on our way, as other people waited for a table. There seems to be an appropriate number of parking spaces both in front of the street and behind the diner. Although it looked like we were gone, all the spots were taken. All in all, Millbrook Diner delivered a good meal at a not too expensive price. No, they weren't cheap. But they weren't too expensive either. So if you like Trolley Diners, or just smaller diners with decent food. Millbrook Diner fits the bill."
