Tasty Pot - Sharonville

I love the friendly environment, the place to go if you want a nice quiet evening. the staff was very accommodating, it was our 1st time here; we wanted something different so we didn't really know what to expect the food was very hot and almost too hot. There were sauces on the table however the labels were a little worn and not really legible.we will be returning

I really love Tasty Pot, and so far I’ve been to Tasty Pot in Minneapolis and Toronto. It was my first time visiting Tasty Pot in Ohio. However the soup taste wasn’t consistent with what I ate in Minneapolis and Toronto, and it was not very good.. The ingredients were all there, and the atmosphere and the staff was nice and friendly. However, my husband and I tried the Beef, Taiwanese supreme, and Curry hotpot, and we both felt that the soup was bland and tasting as if something is off.. We don’t know the exact cause. Also we could smell the candle burning for the first time while eating here in Ohio Tasty Pot, which was unpleasant. Being a huge Tasty Pot fan, we were disappointed and had an unpleasant experience of the food itself. Hope this gets improved.

FRAUD!I visited on May 20th and ate with my brother. The staff didn't speak English. I found it odd that you ordered food online, paid in-person instead of ordering from the Waitress. I guess since they didn't speak English this is how they had to do things.On May 21st I get a suspicious charge on my account about a English as a second language learning program, for $270. This location is the only place I've used this particular card for the past couple of weeks, and given that it was an ESL charge for Taiwanese staff who didn't speak English to begin with, I find it highly probably one of the staff stole my credit card information.DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.The food was disgusting as well. I ordered the veggie hot pot with a side of lamb. The land was cooked dry, no oil or seasoning, and tasted like propane. The hot pot itself was also bland, and had strange vegetables and mushrooms I've never ate before.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

First time, enjoying this amazing restaurant! My daughter, and I both loved it. We had the curry pot and it was amazing. We’re planning to go back again, very soon! Friendly staff, clean environment.
