If I could I would give it zero stars! For a company that started life in Jacksonville, I would think that they would be top notch, especially in a town where they started in business in. I have yet to go to one single Burger King in Jacksonville that I would give a single star to. Always a complete cluster bomb, no matter which one I have been to and don't even bother contacting customer service, they're a joke too.... View all feedback.
They closed 12 minutes before closing time in my face. Owner needs to do something...some day..or maybe he doesn't care either..
Dbl cheeseburgers were cold and I had to wait on it in drive-thru. Staff was nice. Disappointed once home.
