I enjoy Pollo Tropical because I appreciate the slightly charred flavor of their grilled chicken breast. They may use liquid smoke on their meat, but regardless, I enjoy it and consider it a healthy option. I particularly like their mashed potatoes because they contain real potato chunks, and the corn is decent. However, the Mac and cheese is not good. Despite this, everything else is decent.
