First time at this location. Service was good and my tropichop bowl was delicious. Was out of mango habanero sauce so I tried the cilantro sauce instead and it was good. View all feedback.
What Jonathan Quarles doesn't like about Pollo Tropical:
Food is good but half the time they don't have enough or any food cooked. The other half they mess the order up. They forget some of the food often but this time, the pork I ordered came in a small individual container not the large one that comes with the family meal. I lost about $12 Worth of food on a $35 order. I can't imagine coming back here again. View all feedback.
