I've been to Mi Ranchito a lot. Your sauces sometimes change / taste differently, but as lately it is more consistent. They seemed to add a new hot sauce to try with your free chips and sauce. Well, I like hot food and that was not hot to begin, but after a while, the spices came to me, but that was after a refill of it.
