To Big Bams tonight. My daughter and I have both Bravo Bacon cheeseburgers. She got frits that were crunchy, but pillows soft inside. What Micah Zieme doesn't like about Big Bam's Burgers:
Good burgers. Food comes out hot. I had a small amount of gristle on my meat which wasn’t enjoyable to bite into. I did enjoy my burger beyond that. The young lady serving didn’t smile much. However, she was very polite. I had to rate Big Bam’s at 3 because of the gristle and less than desirable customer service. I do recommend Big Bam’s. We will come back.
