Shediac is supposedly the "lobster capital of the world" so we ordered lobster rolls. The roll was nicely toasted and had large chunks of lobster meat in it, but was a bit dry for my taste. I asked for lemon and was told there wasn't any. I also asked for ice to put in my water and again, was told they didn't have ice. Who doesn't have ice! read more.
