Warm friendly service at the Abbey Frier, good portion sizes and lovely food. We went as a birthday treat, I haven't been there for years, but the standards remain very high. The person who served us was extremely friendly and warm, we were made to feel like regular customers. 5* service without a doubt! The food was excellent, really tasty cod and chips. When we first arrived at the shop, it was empty, and we placed our order at 6pm. We returned at 6:20 and were told to wait. Although there was a queue at 6:20, we asked again at 6:30 and were told to wait another 10 minutes.
