Carvery - Sheffield

What Madeleine J likes about Carvery:
We are new to the area and had been recommended to visit Hardwick Inn to eat. We took family here and we were all extremely impressed. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and all of our party agreed the food was outstanding! The Inn itself is very picturesque with plenty of outside seating, including a small bar under cover for those drinking outside. This is a place we will absolutely be visiting again. Rustic and old-fashioned in all the worst ways. The pub actually stank of defecation, like reeked of it. The staff were so weird and clueless. For example, they expected us to order without giving us a menu and would rather act like we inconvenienced them by not bringing a menu in with us or something when we asked for one upon them asking for our orders about a minute after we sat down.
