I was hesitant to write this review because it was for a family wedding (a special occasion to celebrate), but the food was so good that I couldn't resist. Fischer's at Baslow Hall is located in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside, a place I hadn't yet explored. We had to cancel our trip for a family reason and let them know 1 day before the trip and they didn't accept it, and immediately got all the booking fee from the bank account. Decorating a building is not enough to be a good hotel. Hospitality needs humanity. Think twice before making reservations. View all feedback.
