Visited for my partners birthday. There were five of us and we were seated downstairs. I prefer being upstairs but I presume they can't accommodate a party of five upstairs as we always seem to be down. I had caprese salad, steak medallions and profiteroles. beautiful atmospere, quite taverna like, but the service is shocking bad. admittedly we went as a large group of twelve or so, but we had made this clear when we had booked. the courses arrived in he phase, some people were waiting for the starters while others were halfway through their main thing. many of the courts looked like they kept warm under a hot lamp, or in many cases for one.
