This restaurant was a pleasant surpriseI thought this was a fast food Italian spotDriven by it for yearsI was wrong.

Overall I would call it "average at best"Not that it was horrible, but it was just okayThe waitstaff was excellent and very attentive.

For a Wednesday evening this place was pretty packed Clearly looks like a local face for drinks and a meal with friends.

"Nice atmosphere and the staff were very polite and tentative and the kids platters are amazing. Don’t really like to put food down but the fritters weren’t even eatable, they were bland, overcooked and terrible flavours. I suppose what was more disappointing is that one of the waitresses asked how it was because I left 95% of my meal on the plate, her reply was “personal preference I suppose” Ouch! There was no apology, nothing to fix the situation and had to pay for a meal that I didn’t hardly touch without an offer of anything else."

"I was a bit wary of the restaurant being in a very small country town, however had dinner there with my wife and the food was great, we had spring rolls entree followed by ocean trout, flathead tails and the famous sticky date pudding, very friendly lay back staff with great service. The atmosphere was also great with a cosy log fire, very happy we decided to go there�"
