We tried Woodseats Fisheries after being disappointed with our local chippy. It was middle of the road really and my constructive feedback was that the chips were a bit hard, like they have been fried more than once. The fish wasn't dry and the small fish was more than enough. However the batter was soggy and a bit greasy. Not crispy at all which is what you want from decent fried fish. Peas were nice. The quality of the fish and chips here are superb I've never had a bad fish. It's a really busy shop and very reasonable prices.

I've tried twice now, hoping the second time would be an improvement, but won't be returning. "Amazing place with amazing food. Perfect dining in every way. The food was amazing, the staff were so friendly and went over and beyond to make you feel welcome. We took our 4 year old grandson and they were amazing with him. I would definitely recommend and we will be back. I had the lobster ravioli, mouth watering awesomeness right there on the plate."
