To start off, the place had no heat, there was no one here, there were dirty tables and the floor had crumbs despite the restaurant not being busy. Did I mention there was a footprint on our table. The Indian food was ok, but the Pho was tasteless and definitely not pho. It had broccoli and string beans in it.
