Wonderful staff. Food is always giving to me fast with a friendly smile! The inside is always nice and clean. Drive through never takes more than five minutes even during lunch rush. BK in shelbyville is my go to when I’m in a hurry, want fresh food, and good customer service. View all feedback.

Went around midnight last night to get some food. Get there to the drive through waited for about 5 mins for someone to answer but they never. I drive off around the building again I look through the window the employees are propped up against the prep table talking a (black female and white female). Another driver pulled in and same thing.
