What Alberto Beahan likes about Center Cut:
Located in Indiana Grand Casino, this steakhouse has delicious lamb hacks and fillet mignon with all the pages you ever want! The food, expected, lasted about 30-45 minutes to get to the table that our fantastic waitress warned us when the medium-sized rare lamb hacks (average cooking time she said)! We visited this restaurant last night on 6/4/22 and ordered wine, crab cakes, Byhalate, 2 filets, and 1 ribeye. The filets came out as small hockey puck-sized medallions. We ordered them medium and medium rare, but they came out well done. We asked for new steaks, but it took 40 minutes for them to come out, when it should have only taken 3-5 minutes.
