The food at this restaurant is delicious and served freshly cooked. I tried the 2-piece fish meal with coleslaw and corn, but I preferred the codfish which was also very tasty. Additionally, I ordered 8 pieces of shrimp with macaroni and green beans. The shrimp were large and had a great flavor. The hush puppies were perfectly crispy and fried. The server who took my order was very friendly and accommodating. View all feedback.

We were puzzled as to why this restaurant advertised being open until 10pm, yet when we arrived at 9:15pm, several people in the parking lot informed us that they were closing early. Despite our attempts to call the restaurant, no one answered. It appears that this is a recurring issue in Shelbyville where customers are left in the dark about early closures. View all feedback.
I wish the dining room was open, but regardless of it. I haven't been here for many years. I have ordered hawn, my man fish clans. we both enjoyed it. eating was freshly hot. the service was immediately polite. we'll be back here soon.
I ordered a fish meal in Shelbyville, KY. They told me I could not have any cocktail sauce unless I ordered a shrimp meal. There was actually a sign saying that. I left. I only eat fish with cocktail sauce. You are in the fish business people !!
I've been going here for years, and have never been disappointed. Order is always correct and hot and fresh.
We went to Long john silver and the sign said they are open till 10pm. We waited in line for 10 minutes, and nothing, no sorry we are closed, nothing, even the sign on the door said dinning room closed drive through open till 10, then my wife called and they said they actually close at 930 and can't change the hours they are open. Never coming to this long John's again,wish captain Ds would've open.
Good restaurant clean food seasoned good. And very clean
