Taco Bell - Shelbyville

The staff is brilliant and always friendly! I never went to Taco Bell and not recognized! They are very attentive and will go out their way to give the customer a positive experience, regardless of their work. Management training definitely shows in this restaurant and I will continue to recommend this restaurant to everyone because the customer service is really beyond and beyond the job description and it is absolutely impossible to have a bad experience with the team/crew here because management has really excelled in their training / teamwork and it definitely shows it and that is why I like to eat here! Thanks to staff and management, they always go out to make my visits unforgettable and impressive.

It shouldn't take 30 minutes to make a 1-person taco bell order. Two tacos and a quesadilla. If it does take 30 minutes you should offer something free, apologize, and refrain from making excuses!

Our family put in a $50 order and the friendly employee got it right on the first try in the drive thru. Everything was correct and given to us VERY quickly. This is the most impressed I've ever been with a Taco Bell!

I went through drive threw and ordered 10 tacos.when the girl said that would be $34.00 I said are you crazy and I drove off.i can go to the store and buy stuff to make tacos cheaper than that

No idea why this place cannot get its act together. Over many years, it rates at 3.5/5 stars, and that's being generous with the rating. Drive through orders must always be checked for mistakes. Staff to work is an issue--at times, dining room is closed due to their not being able to keep workers.
