They just warned a crazy rush of people. It was 4:00 and they were obviously exhausted, but they still greeted me with a warm smile as I was the first customer of the day. Terrible customer service. Went inside to dinein with my husband and toddler. Blonde lady with a pink hat asked us to wait so the server could catch up. After about 10 minutes, what im guessing was her boyfriend and kids came in and sat in the booth she was cleaning that i thought she was cleaning for us. We left. Bob evans was great.
