This place actually reminds me of a spot on the same location in Shelton, marketplace I think.? Same ambiance. Service is decent. "I need to have gluten free options and ordered one of the specials. The waitress checked to make sure this could be made gluten free and the kitchen said yes. So I ordered the special and outside of being too salty, it was great. Larry stopped by our table to check in and he asked how everything was and I told him about the dish being too salty...Larry kindly offered to make another dish and I said no need. We frequent Red Lotus and love everything about it, as well as Larry and Nia. They are so personable!"

"Service was incredible and food was great. Try not to fill up on the French onion soup and bread though! I ordered a medium rare steak and I wish it were barely more raw but it was just about perfect. Hope to return soon!"

"I tried Calorosas for the first time when I was invited to a party there. The food was delicious their banquet facility was very comfortable. Everything was really home made and they kept the buffet full and fresh. I visit frequently now I highly recommend it."
