This was our first time at a Black Bear Diner and we will definitely be back again. Ebony was our waitress and made us feel right at home with her positive attitude and welcoming smile. Food and prices are not bad. But terrible customer service. I have come four times and there is always an atmosphere of stress and bad mood among the employees. And yesterday when ordering the waitress literally yelled at me...for the first time in my life I had felt so bad. The rest of my breakfast was horrible. If you want to eat a breakfast with a hostile atmosphere this is the perfect place. I'm not coming back. View all feedback.
