"There were just a handful of diners for our lunch time meal at the Clockspire which has a large open dining room. The cavernous space was cold and lacked atmosphere, exacerbated by so few fellow travellers. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. The kitchen offers fine dining and yet most of our dishes were over seasoned with salt very prominent. Portions were tiny and relatively expensive, as were wines. Overall the restaurant fails to offer value for money, and we are unlikely to return in the near future. "I sat here for dinner and the restaurant I have to say it was really nice! it was very open and had a nice small garden area. the personal was really friendly and attentive and they could say that they really care about their experience. Moreover, eating was amazing and would definitely come back to try more of what was on their menu."

"We received a friendly and polite welcome. It was so hot I was very glad that I had chosen to have dinner at Castello. They have a large area outside with well spaced tables with sun shade umbrellas. Sitting there we thought we really were in Italy. The menu offered a very good choice of Italian/Mediterranean dishes. The fish and salads we had were really memorable!!"

"Food was bad, most of the starter dishes pre cooked and appear at your table in 2-3 minutes. Lamb was terrible, wine list is pretty bad. Tiramisu was made by somebody who never ate a tiramisu before. No idea why this place has good ratings. Just avoid. We spent couple of hundred pounds for dinner and the experience was like visiting a burger stand at the mall."

"I have booked for a night and wow what an absolutely beautiful place, amazing and friendly staff who was on our needs, nothing was always too much, service always with a smile that was eating out of this world the place itself was breathtaking, I stayed in the brain hut for a night and I will sleep it completely to everyone the best night ever, all about the mauren looked probably the clean, the dusk blocks"

"The beer garden was great. the decoration inside needed a bit dc. the choice of the beer was sufficient, although only 2 ales on hahn. eating was of good quality. the chicken and mushroom flour was of great standard. the fish and chips were sufficient and the burger options were good. the service of the personal was helpful and timely."
