I pre ordered GF scones to take on a trip two days before I was to pick them up. I got to the shop at 11:30 in the morning and they weren't ready. I had to wait for them to be baked, which delayed my beingable to get on the road. They didn't even offer to compensate me in any way for the delay. I wont be ordering from them again.
