"I’d like to start out by saying I really didn’t appreciate how the girl taking our order was very hostile and rude to my friend and I. This was our first time at this establishment and we feel like we were treated very poorly. When we walked in we were asked what we wanted and when we explained we’d like to look at the menu first, two workers laughed at us and said “well, the menu is right there” in between laughs. When we were ordering our boba, the worker very rudely said “you’re not getting food?” We were taken aback by this but we ordered regardless. Besides the service, the boba was not good. Our drinks were warm and the ice melted immediately. We took a few sips and our stomachs began to ache. We were looking forward to having some boba but were greatly disappointed by this place. Most likely will not be coming back."

"Always amazing. The sweet potato fries are so good. Regular fries from other places, if you don't get them eaten by the time they get cold you have to toss them, not these. And even for the next day, just pop them in the toaster over on a small baking sheet and hit toast, so good. That's why I always order the sharable size."

"If I could give this place negative stars I would. Not once in my time going to this particular Arby's (2 years now) have they gotten my order right. I live half an hour away from this store and the number on their receipt is a dead number.. They care more about speed than accuracy and this time they forgot my 7 dollar sandwich. I will definitely be reporting this establishment to a higher level. This is unacceptable."

"If you are a delivery driver I do not recommend you accept orders at this location. I gave them 3 opportunities and every single time I went to pick up a customers order the wait was in excess of 30 minutes. I had to cancel one of the deliveries. Other restraunts don't seem to have this problem. In my opinion they should not do these type of orders until they get organized enough to fulfill the orders in a timely manner. I will never come back not even on my personal time. I will find a restraunt that has its priorities together."

"I don't understand why they don't honor the sales that show on our local TV channels. iced coffee will be for 1.69 any size, but not here it 3.99 and I agree that the staff is either in such a big hurry to rush through or simply not friendly at all. this special mcdonald’s has been aborted for years.
