What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
Several dirty tables. The blanket is badly stained. Drinking machine broken. Friendly staff. Chicken is small pieces, but good taste. Better than the KFC on the street. Not a fan of the Cole Slav. Fast service. View all feedback.
I went on a Friday at 1600, so I only had about three cars in front of me... which is rare! Usually there are five to ten cars in the line, so this is NOT a drop-in-for-a-quick-bite-on-the-way type of space. The chicken pliers were good, like the Ref beans and rice. The cookies are good while they are hot and fresh. After about thirty minutes they take on the consistency of an ice hockey puck, but that's just Popeye's cookies.

Kitchen staff was great! The food was fresh and the Kajunfries were beautiful and crispy!
Food quality is sufficient. This franchise uses only the smallest pieces offered by commercial food service providers. Drive through ALWAYS TAKES WAY TOO LONG. This place often runs from the spicy version during normal business hours (6 of my last 8 visits). Employees, including assistants, could not take care of their customers less. Today they stood and discussed their wages before me while waiting for my food.
