"Exceptionally slow.The staff who like high school theater dropouts, have no idea half the time where they are or what they are doing.One girl, placed four ready to bake pizzas on the top shelf of an oven that wasn't even working. They sat their until someone told her about them ten minutes later. Yes, because it's important to wear the same pair of plastic gloves that you prepare and handle food with, but also wipe your face, and open doors with that countless others have touched the same surfaces.The owner obviously has no idea how his business is being run into the ground."

"Love! Love! Love TRACKS! It is one of my family's favorite restaurants! I recently had my daughter's birthday party there. We had about 30 people there, and the staff kept up with all of us, and gave us a private room all to ourselves! The staff is great. The food is amazing. And most of all, the place is fantastic!"
