User beware. I signed a catering contract and they tried to change it after the fact, nearly doubling the deposit. I understand the need for a deposit and completely support it - but felt that our original deposit requirement should have been honored. Booked another caterer the same day this all happened, provided the deposit as per the terms and conditions and went ahead with another group. read more.
