What User likes about Starbucks:
Amazing coffee, staff is great and they always have a positive attitude. Also lots to try and when they have something new I recommend going crazy, try something new! Or the whole menu like I have. Come on it's only a few more calories then your normal drink View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Today we stopped at the restaurant and Kian served us at the window, and he was absolutely wonderful. I asked about metal straws, and Kian explained they did not have them but offered environmentally friendly plastic straws for $1.00 each. I was excited because I had ordered a trenta-sized drink and knew that a regular straw would not hold up. I just wanted to say thank you for the great service today and every time...
